New Charger causing problems

I bought this charger recently but this is giving me electric shock if I touch USB cable, Cable is original as it came along with a mobile , So I wanna know if this Adopter is original or not?

Scan the QR code and see where it takes you. If the charger is original it should go to a Samsung site, else you know !!.
