Going 2g, 3g, H+, 4g, 4g+ every second.

If you are in a good network coverage area, use the app Force LTE and keep only LTE.

When using Force LTE, no call receiving.

That's strange, I do get all calls on Airtel. Who is your service provider

Try 'network reset' and then force LTE again. Call from another number. It could be a Vodafone issue.
