Network issues after one ui 7 update

Following the One UI 7 update, 
the device displays full network signal strength; however, call functionality is not working. Incoming calls report the number as unreachable. A device restart provides a temporary solution. 
Additionally, network signal bars remain visible even with all SIM cards removed. Is this the expected behavior? Have other users experienced similar problems?

It's a major update. Kindly reset factory data with backup then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Yeah, I factory reset it too, but that didn't fix things. I figured it out later though, and explained it in my last post with the same name.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
