I bought my s24fe device few months ago...and i got network issue on my device.whenever i apply airplane mode it took 15 to 20 minutes for coming back to normal network mode same condition with when i switch on my device or restart my device...any idea what is that??and what can i do now??

It's in warranty so the best thing is to visit the service centre.
