Network issue occuring on my new S23

There is a network issue while ordering from Kuwait and using it in Kerala, India.How to solve

Will this be done by Samsung service center..!?By doing this, will there be any warranty problem later... Can you also describe the problems behind of it

Any problem will not come. And warranty also will be applicable. Because thay will just unlock the network band hopefully N78, and it is a software part, so no physical Problem and warranty Problem.

If I give it to the Samsung service center, will they do it?

Yes, also tell them what other Problem you are facing, if anything is there.
