After updating my s20+ my call connectivity is very poor call drops lags and my phone is getting overheating also

Hmm.. I have an s20u.. No issues of that sort for me...
Try "reset network settings"...

Wer u a part of the beta testing for android 11 too?

Oh kay... Its usually best practice to backup up data n do a reset of the device after beta testings... Some files would remain in the cache n cause issues...
3 things u can try one by one if one doesn't help.

1. Reset network settings.

2. Start ur phone in recovery (turn off device - insert usb headset or connect device to pc via usb - press n hold vol up + power button until device boots in recovery), clear cache (volume buttons to move, power to select) (IMPORTANT - CLEAR ONLY CACHE and NOT data), restart device from the option ther..

3. Backup n factory reset ur device to remove all beta residues..

try these steps

A. Wipe Cache Partition.

Steps to perform.

1) Turn off the device.

(Connect with type C cable and connect withpc/laptop only for Android 11 )

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

B. Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.

C. Go to settings >general Management >reset>reset settings/reset network
