My Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is experiencing on-screen navigation issues specifically within the work profile. While the navigation functions flawlessly in the normal profile, they become problematic when using the work profile. Due to security restrictions on the work profile, I'm unable to record a screen demo to illustrate the issue. Samsung customer support hasn't been helpful in resolving this matter. I'm seeking assistance in troubleshooting this navigation issue.

Just to add, this has been happening since last few months and factory reset didn't work either.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Hello, I have already shared log file report and even after that nothing was resolved. I cannot record screen as I mentioned as screen recording automatically stops as soon as I switch to work profile apps
