I bought s21fe on 9 October 2023 with snapdragon 888,
On 17 December I updated software one ui 6, now I have one issue , issue is related to screen, I can see burn pixel on screen after use instagarm, it is not easily visible, but i can see
At the bottom of the screen I can see full instagram navigation buttons like home search create reel and profile.
I do restart and restore but nothing works, phone not even single time drop , I take to much care of this phone never use without screen guard and back cover.
Always on display off, screen 60hz
Instagarm average use 2.5 hours
My screen on time is average 4.5 to 5 hours per day
There no such heating issue or any other issue, I use dark for permanent(default) , I use battery protection feature also.
My phone is just 2 to 3 month old
Please suggest me any solution abd what can i further Please help, this phone means a lot to me
Bro kindly visit Service center because urgent phone is on warranty the Service center can check ur phone display if any display problem occurs they will replace your display. Disclaimer your screen would not be broken otherwise they will reject or refuse to check.
