You need to get this activated from Jio, reach out to Jio Centre.. I had this issue and it was reactivated by them

Call 198 and ask customer care to set Sim to 5g network from their end.
I was also facing the same issue. I called to customer care and then they said they will set my number 5g and restart the device. Problem solved
