My samsung s24 ultra sim working 5g but change esim not working 5g for jio help me

You need to get this activated from Jio, reach out to Jio Centre.. I had this issue and it was reactivated by them

I have s24 ultra. I have an issue with esim and call recording .esim and call recording option doesn't show in my device.how to fix it

Call 198 and ask customer care to set Sim to 5g network from their end.
I was also facing the same issue. I called to customer care and then they said they will set my number 5g and restart the device. Problem solved
