My s23 ultra display got flickering after the updation of one ui 8

S23 ultra display got flickering after the update of one ui 8 . Samsung service center told me that will not get ready by them 

I will have to pay 19500 rupees for a new display for their mistake i will have to pay this much money for what purpose they sell this 1.25 lakh mobile after this type of upades this is not flagship this is bloody cheating

Then enter into the safe mode and see if this issue persists. If not, then be assured that some Third-party app(s) are causing this issue.
Before that, try switching between display resolutions and run a diagonistics test.
