My s23 ultra automatically goes to silent mode

My s23 ultra automatically goes to silent mode i Don't know why even my "do not disturb" mode is off and motion gesture is also off..but my phone automatically goes to silent mode and i miss lot's of phone call. How to fix it?

To attach the log file: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

I am getting this issue, followed all the suggestions mentioned in this thread already. I am having problem only with what's app and meet calls. As soon I receive any call from these app my fone gets already silent. (s23u)

I am also facing the same issue. The DND and MUTE option in motion gesture is off. S23 ultra goes on silent mode automatically. I am missing lots of calls due to this reason. Please resolve.

In my case, this happens because of the True Caller app. When a call is blocked by this app, my phone automatically goes into silent mode.

I think this happens because of third-party app found it and uninstall it.
