My newly bought S23 Ultra went silent often.

I have purchased s23 ultra in the month of Feb. 25. I have adjusted and tried to fix all settings, even made factory rest, despite these actions following issues remained as these were. 
1. Calls never rings on WhatsApp and all communications apps (Like Telegram, Signal etc.) always remained silent 🔕 
2. Often (atleast 1 time in a day) phone get silent 🔕 automatically.
3. Truecaller caller ID doesn't work while ringing calls of 2nd SIM.

Can anyone suggest any solution in this regard?

It's strange, contact Samsung support or tag them on social media to get their attention.
If you updated your phone to March update then it might be software issue. In that case do go on socials

Get online help from Samsung team or visit service center..no need te have unwanted tensions

Kindly reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also optimize your's device in device care too also clear catche of all apps manually also remove true caller App then try to it's again.
