I have Salaxy S21 Ultra (512GB). The first OneUI4 update messed up multiple apps, . I complained to samsung and was told a patch is being released to fix the issues. Got the latest software update 4-5 days ago(after the OneUI4 update which i got 2 weeks ago) , wiped partition cache, optimised apps (recovery menu), cleaned individual app caches, reinstalled the app, restarted phone.... But still no links in facebook work, it keeps crashing. Other apps such as Upday and LittleElf are not even opening, keep crashing. Can't believe this is happening with with £1300 phone...Absolutely ridiculous. No response Samsung except a statement that "next update will fix the issue", but guess what, it Did Not!!!!

Lolz....you should not need to factory reset a top of the line flagship phone from a manufacturer like Samsung. And if you do, its time to move to Apple.
