Mobile network issue

I have s22+ device it has network problem. Because I want to use 4G but it is automatically 5G because when 5G is used I will do it myself but the phone is automatically 5G.It drains the battery more in my handset.

I called Samsung customer care and was told by customer care that it will be fixed after an update.

And power saving mode ka use karo 5G turn off ho jaayega.

Bhaiya men baat yah nahin hai men baat yah hai ki mujhe agar network mein option mila hai network mod ka to fir uska kya fayda agar main 4G kar lunga to fir 4G chalna chahie na to fir 5G kar lunga to 5G chalna chahie agar main power saving on karta hun to fir mera jo display ka 120 Hz khatm ho jata hai aur 60Hz ho jata hai to fir phone chalane mein bhi maja nahin aaega mujhe battery ka dikkat nahin ho raha hai main chahta Hun faltu ka chij on Na rahe kyunki 5G network jab aaega jab mujhe use karna hai to main karunga

Saari problem solve ho jaayegi.
Aur haan yek baar Vi ka speed test karke screenshot send kar dena.
