Mobile network issue

I have s22+ device it has network problem. Because I want to use 4G but it is automatically 5G because when 5G is used I will do it myself but the phone is automatically 5G.It drains the battery more in my handset.

I called Samsung customer care and was told by customer care that it will be fixed after an update.

When you're switching network preferences then it automatically switches to default mode .. and that's how it works .. be on the network which you want to use and switch to 4G
