Microphone Issue after Feb 2015 Patch Update in S23

Bottom mic is not working properly. Caller saying voice is feable and sometimes not able to hear as well. 

When speaking in loudspeaker, they can hear properly. Took my phone to service center, they did factory reset. After it was working fine, but again after Feb 2025 patch update, started getting microphone issue.

looks like there is a bug
you can factory reset it by yourself and check once
if not, then service centre is the last option

As I mentioned in post, already did factory reset. It was working fine but end up with issue after patch update. So, we need someone from samsung to confirm whether it is getting fixed in upcoming bug fix patch or not.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
