If you have to move full data of an app: Download Samsung's "STORAGE BOOSTER" from Galaxy store.
This will enable the option to move apps onto SD Cards.
Now go to- Storage inside Device Manager.
By this option you can move full data of WhatsApp or any other App completely.

The Apps And Games Only Move Their Apk portion and local data .
The Big & Important Files are always saved on internal memory for better Performance since internal storage is faster and easier to access.
