I bought new samsung s24 three days back. Media volume of my phone's speaker is very low. Whenever I watch movie or web series over OTT apps I have to keep media volume full but still the speaker volume is low compared to other phones. My sound settings are as follows. Equalizer is set to JAZZ and Dolby sound effect is set to AUTO. Please help this is very annoying and disappointing to have such an issue after spending so much money on a flagship phone

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Disconnect anything plugged into the headphone jack like, a selfie stick, headphones, Bluetooth, etc.

Check device volume settings: Tap on Settings > Sound & vibration>Volume > Drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume.
To verify, play music and check the music sound. If the sound quality is good, then your speaker is working fine.

I have tried this. It looks like this is an issue with my samsung galaxy s24 device. If I keep equalizer in any mode other than normal mode volume output of speaker is very low.
