Launching application

Some times...... maximum of times, Samsung Members is taking long time to launch

Its application issue..m facing the same in my S10+ but Samsung is denying this..😂..Samsung members app is one of the worst managed app..when I contacted them, they told me to perform factory reset..for everything they have 1 answer-factory reset....crazy..
