Bug in new chat
Dear Samsung Community,
I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with the ChatGPT application on my Samsung device, specifically a Samsung S21 5G.
When I open ChatGPT from the Control Panel, it initially launches in voice mode. However, when I then click on the "new chat" icon located next to the voice match/input option, an error message appears on the chat page, stating "Hmm... something seems to have gone wrong."
This error prevents me from starting a new chat session and significantly impacts my ability to use the ChatGPT application effectively.
I have attached screenshots illustrating the error message and the control panel from which I am launching the app.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Is this a known problem, and are there any troubleshooting steps or potential fixes I can try?
