Latest June 2024 patch is broken

Updated my S22 Ultra to latest June 2024 patch and since then there is no network on my phone. 
At times network bar is showing full signal but cannot make any call other times it's 'Emergency only' is there.

Though wifi is working fine and vo-wifi can be used to make calls.

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time, restart your's device without any Sim in slots also interchange Sim in slots, turn off power saving mode then try to it's again. Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. I already tried steps mentioned in the link provided and nothing helped.
Also I am using network from two different operators ( airtel ESim + Jio physical Sim) and both are showing same behavior.
Phone was working fine before uptaking June patch.
So, it's not network issue the issue is with latest June 2024 patch.
already posted bug but there is no response from Samsung.
Is there any way to downgrade the OS to May patch
