Galaxy SI'm facing the exact same issues described above. I've already reached out to Samsung support and submitted a ticket but received no response.
I can't even uninstall the May 2019 update from my S10. I'm missing calls and can't use WhatsApp most of the time without first hard-rebooting the phone.
Any solution from Samsung will be appreciated.
