Galaxy SHere’s what you can try (even tho it’s probs Samsung’s fault again):
Uninstall & Reinstall Insta – sometimes clearing cache ain’t enough. Disable Samsung's "Device Care" junk – that optimization garbage messes up apps. Turn Off Hardware Overlays (in Developer Options) – might help with UI lag. Try the Instagram Lite version for now – it's less crashy. Check for Insta Updates – sometimes they sneak silent hotfixes.
Also, watch for that One UI update – but again, Samsung’s slow af with real fixes.
Yo if it’s restarting the whole phone, that’s deeper than Insta. Could be memory leaks or some Samsung bloat crashing background processes. You using Good Lock or any third-party stuff?

Galaxy SPotential Causes
1. *App glitches*: Instagram bugs or corrupted data can cause lag and freezing.
2. *Software issues*: Conflicts with other apps, outdated operating systems, or software bugs can contribute to the problem.
3. *Device performance*: Insufficient storage, RAM, or processing power can slow down your phone.
4. *Network connectivity*: Poor internet connection or server issues can affect app performance.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. *Update Instagram*: Ensure you're running the latest version of the app.
2. *Clear data and cache*: You've already done this, but try again to rule out any residual issues.
3. *Uninstall and reinstall*: Remove Instagram, restart your phone, and then reinstall the app.
4. *Check device storage*: Free up storage space to ensure your phone has enough room to operate smoothly.
5. *Close other resource-intensive apps*: Background apps might be consuming resources, slowing down your phone.
Additional Tips
1. *Report the issue to Instagram*: Inform Instagram's support team about the problem, providing detailed descriptions and screenshots.
2. *Check Instagram's status page*: Look for any reported outages or maintenance that might be affecting the app.
3. *Consider a device restart*: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve software glitches.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it's possible that the problem is more complex or related to a wider issue.
