After the later software versions, the voice input button's location on the Samsung Keyboard has changed. It's now on the left side of the navigation bar.
To access different input options, press and hold the button on the left of the navigation bar. Once you see the microphone button, tap it and start speaking to use voice input.
Alternatively, you can also access voice input settings through your phone's settings:
Path for Voice input: Settings > General management > Samsung Keyboard settings > Voice input > Samsung voice input.
