Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your query, we would request you to kindly follow the below given steps to use voice typing in Galaxy devices.

After the later software versions, the voice input button's location on the Samsung Keyboard has changed. It's now on the left side of the navigation bar.

To access different input options, press and hold the button on the left of the navigation bar.
Once you see the microphone button, tap it and start speaking to use voice input.

Alternatively, you can also access voice input settings through your phone's settings:

Path for Voice input: Settings > General management > Samsung Keyboard settings > Voice input > Samsung voice input.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

Its not about how to use it. Its about, make it more correct. So whatever we speak, it can be converted in right words.
