Jio Video Call not working after OneUI 3 update

Unable to do video call on S10 lite after One Ui 3.0 on Jio network. It keeps saying that preparing kmage but never shows the image from either end.

Have wiped cache, restarted, repaired apps and changed sim slot too. But nothing has worked. Does anyone know of any fix? Please help.

he's not talking about Jio Meet. he's talking about normal calling and then converting it to Video call. that can only be done if u are on Jio and calling to another Jio no.
