Jio TRUE 5g not working

I don't know what is the problem but in my s20 fe 5g airtel 5g is working properly 

But the jio 5g is showing your device is not compatible 🥲🥲🥲 

Why samsung do something About it

Its a device issue. As per jio, the device is only nsa compatible whereas samsung sold this phone as 5g device compatible on sa as well as nsa

As per my understanding, Samsung has to proceed to unlock sa capabilities of the device through ota update

No I have checked jio with other devices Also like oneplus & realme . Jio 5g disconnecting . & start . This issue is from jio not samsung or devices .
