Hello Friends. I have Mi 9 and now I bought S21 ultra second hand. My problem is from Jio network. In my old phone no network issue regarding Jio but in Samsung 21 ultra I am unable to get even 10% network of Jio. First I thought that there may be problem in my set. But Airtel and even BSNL is working fantasticly. My phone is working on android 13 and UI 5.0. Request to Samsung is to resolve my problem coz if there is network issue from Jio then my other device must face the same. I think Samsung and Jio has some sort of bad relations(joking).
Exactly the same...! Even on S20fe5G they've not give the software update for 5G network setting for Jio .. they rolled out the network update for airtel within 3 days but not for Jio. It's been more than a month but still samsung fails to deliver the network software update. Its seems like samsung and Jio has some serious issues. In this case. I'll stop using samsung devices.
Did you try in 5g area? No software update for Airtel so far, but mine is receiving 5g. I have s22 Ultra and I did not get any update for 5g, and I am receiving 5g. Check if you really are in 5g area.
