Jio 5g is not working after recent update in Samsung s22 plus

I am not getting proper jio5 connection in s22+. In morning i will got 5g connection but after 1:00 Pm I am getting 4g. If I restart my phone again I will get 5g connection for 10 min after that it is changing to 4g.

Hey there! I'm also using the S22+, and I haven't encountered any 5G issues like this. You don't need to turn off your phone; just switch between 4G and 5G once, and it should display 5G. This issue might be related to your network service provider. Perhaps there's a temporary problem in your Jio service area. In my case, it rarely shows 4G on my device, and I simply toggle it in the settings to resolve it.

Kindly share the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

I have a34 5g and since a week i can only use 4g network. 5g is completly disabled
