After updating to One UI 8, DeX feels less practical and less optimized:

1. The phone screen stays on while using DeX on a monitor, which causes battery drain and heat.


2. DeX and mobile apps now run separately — apps opened in DeX don’t show in the phone’s recent menu, and vice versa. This breaks multitasking continuity.


3. There’s no direct “Exit DeX” option anymore. I have to switch to mirroring and then disconnect.



Please fix these issues and restore the classic DeX behavior. DeX was one of Samsung’s best features — it should remain efficient and convenient.
