I have been using smartphones from various brands over the years: 3 years with Realme, 4 years with MI, and 2 years with OnePlus, in the price range of ₹10-₹60k. Among these, I felt OnePlus was a bit better but did have some software bugs. Recently, I decided to switch to Samsung and bought the S24 Ultra. So far, my experience has been smooth and I believe I made the right choice.

Two days ago, I updated my device to One UI 8. However, within just two days, I have noticed 3-4 issues that are affecting my daily use:

1. **Secure Folder lock not working as expected:** Earlier, the secure folder would lock each time the app was left, but this option seems to have been removed after the update. This is very frustrating as it is important for privacy.

2. **Keyboard swipe-to-type not working:** I am very habituated to typing using swipe gestures, and since the update, this feature isn’t working. This impacts my productivity and comfort significantly.

3. **Secure app launch glitch:** When I try to open a secure app directly from the home screen, it doesn’t go to the app. Instead, it only opens the secure folder. Although minor, this disrupts usability.

I request the Samsung team to look into these daily usage features and fix them on priority. These small issues have a big impact for users who rely on these functions every day.
