Galaxy SHi, I am residence of Dubai - United Arab Emirates and using DU SIM network. I updated my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra with the new updates released on 3rd December. After updating, my phone is not able to receive any calls and SMS. If someone calls me then on other side it is telling that the phone number is not available and after 10 15 minutes I am receiving the SMS that someone tried to called me and I missed that call. Same happened with SMS also, all the SMS I am receiving after 10 to 15 minutes, like OTPs I am keep on waiting to receive. I contacted with DU service provider and they explained everything is fine from their side and no issue with your network or SIM card. I switched the phone and put my SIM card in some other brand mobile and found that my SIM or network is working absolutely fine without any issue, my calls and SMS I am able to receive on time without any 1 sec delay. I put back my SIM again in my S20 Ultra, then the problem still the same. I did restart my phone several time, reset the network settings to factory reset but all useless.
This problem came only after updating with new update on 3rd December, before that my phone working very fine without any issue. There is no damage occurred or drop down which may cause hardware issue, nothing physical damage. Kindly help me out to resolve this issue.
