So I am facing an issue regarding samsung smart view option. My phone's age is just 2 months( samsung s20 fe 5g)
I can't able to mirror my phone's display to my samsung tv(AU7700).
My phone has been fully updated to android 13.
My also fully updated.
I tried to contact with samsung customer care but they are not listening anything and just said to me to fully reset my phone but am not ready to do it because of my personal files. So samsung have to work about their new samsung one ui 5.
I have another point that proves one ui 5 have this issue becz I have another 3 phones of samsung and poco 1. Galaxy a50s with oneui 3.1, 2. A51 with one ui 4.1 3. Poco m2 pro fully updated and on those phones am not facing any kind of this problems.
With this i faced soo poor kind of customer care service😕😢😞
