Galaxy S22 Ultra being a flagship phone has a very serious issue- Here is the Scenario and issue - Whenever I am connected to a WiFi network with my WiFi Calling feature On.
Now if I am on a data call that is like WhatsApp or MS Teams call and if I will get a regular voice call while the data call is ongoing. When I will attend the regular voice call my voice call goes on Mute. The person who has called me can't hear my voice. I have contacted Samsung Customer Care Online as well as visited Samsung Service Centre and have submitted my phone for 2 days for their review.
While reviewing and making them understand the issue we found that this issue of microphone going on Mute for a regular call along with Data Call with WiFi calling On is with other Samsung S22 Ultra Phones also.
Now this is a manufacturing defect or a BUG but Samsung needs to provide a solution to end user on top priority. Either refund the amount along with compensation or replace with next level high end model.

So you can turn off wifi calling or you had poor network reception in your area?

WiFi calling is only effective and useful when u r connected to Wifi Network. or else its on or off have no effect. Also if u have a feature why to put it off. It is samsung issue and especially in S22 Ultra. We are paying so much for flagship phones and it is not able to handle one.small.basic feature. Whereas on other series we dont have any such issue. I have A73 also it doesn't have any such issue.

Samsung needs to fix it on top priority.

Look like its a bug.have you updated your s22 ultra to andriod 13 and if no then update n see if its solving this issue or not
And btw wifi calling is recommended to use where we have very poor network or no network at all.this is the reason carrier operator provide wifi calling. There is no other use of that bro.if you don't have any network issue you can permanently turn off it
But you r also right then.if we r spending 1lakh for a phone then why we should compromise

already in Android 13. Samsung Service Centre has also tried to reset and do patch updates but they have also faced same issue. infact this issue is with almost all S22 Ultra. the demo phone at the store also had the same issue. Mine is at Android 13 and demo phone was on Android 12. both having same issue. Wifi calling will be of no use if u r not connected to a wifi network. If u r in low network area and also dont have wifi network available then wifi calling will be of no use. its only useful in low network but with wifi available network.

samsung should infact provide compensation and in replacement should provide next high segment phones.

such a big brand having such kind of issues and that too in a flagship level phone. not at all accepted.

If this is the case then samsung should take it seriously.
Here is the link from where you can highlight this issue to the samsung service head and directly mail to ceo.
I will also suggest you to tweet on their official tweeter handle about this issue.
