When I turned off on my S23 Ultra I'm experiences lag in app loading, slower documents, pdf opening (>200mb) etc etc

But I'm getting more battery life.

Is this bad or good?

When I compare the opening time of ~500mb pdf book on my iPhone 11 Pro Max it's super fast in time of blinking of eyes (in iBooks App)
Where my S23 Ultra takes ~45sec to open the same in raw app or Adobe pdf etc app ...

Why this performance lag dear Samsung???

Turning off ram plus should not have any effect on app opening time. If at all ram plus does help in anything, it's to keep more apps in memory or background.

The pdf opening time may be better on iphone due to better optimisation of the iPhone's own pdf app.

It won't turn it off completely. When you turn off RAM plus, instead of allocating a specific value, the system will automatically allocate a required amount of internal storage as SWAP for smooth working, which can and will increase and decrease from time to time, depending on the task given. This is how Android works, this is how Linux works. Hope this answers your question.

Hope Samsung bring the dedicated App like iBook App of iOS for PDF, Ebook, EPUB (inbuilt App no add, price) could helps the user...

And it's really great to use 13+Gb of ebooks, pdf, documents etc in my iPhone 11 ProMax with iBooks App having supersmooth experience...

There's no bad effects in simple words if you want more app and more multitasking at cost of battery life you can use ram+ and if u want more battery turn it off , pro tip you can use light mode also to get more better battery and cooling.
