Is it worth upgrading my S10 to S22 series and which S22 model you suggest if yes ... Please share your experience if someone upgrade

S22 Series are great devices but compare the specs of both devices and decide as your requirements might be different like a headphone jack or memory card.

The Galaxy S10 was Samsung's high-end flagship phone from 2019, and it has a lot in common with the Galaxy Note 10 Plus. With that in mind, similar advice applies if you have a Galaxy S10. It's worth the upgrade, particularly if you love taking photos and prioritize having a phone with top-notch zooming capabilities. But you can also probably get by with your current phone if you don't necessarily care about having the best camera and purchased the S10 mostly for its giant screen.
The Galaxy S22 Ultra brings features that are legitimately new rather than incremental upgrades, such as an included S Pen and an overhauled camera with significantly better zoom. If you don't care about these features, you can get by with your Galaxy S10 for a little while longer. But for those who prioritize photography in a camera and are ready for something new, the S22 Ultra won't disappoint.

Worth if you want to try new things. I have upgraded from S10 to S22 Ultra. Worth it for the features and the gorgeous screen. I am yet to see the performance in games. But overall you will not be disappointed with the S22 ultra. But remember before you take the leap, it does not have SD card support, no 3.5 mm jack and no charger in the box.

My main reason for upgrading to S22 Ultra is camera and want experience with snapdragon, I don't care 3.5 mm jack, sd card or charger etc , I have a crazy of mobile photography.. And brother please clear me if you take a person picture in full sunlight the face appears proper I mean skin tone because in full sun light Samsung S10 not take pictures of face skin tone not proper it's dark not clear like iPhone 13 pro otherwise iam fully confident to buy S22 ultra

From the camera samples seen by me in YouTube,you won't face this problem most of time.
S22 Ultra camera is more advanced than Iphone 13 pro in terms of photography.
I recommend you to check this phone's camera performance in offline shop for your satisfaction.

I am not an expert in photography. So cannot answer your question technically. But the cameras are definitely improved a lot and really good. Since I have also used S10, I know the difference. I can say with confidence that the photos are great. Watch the Techwiser you tube channel and you will get some good understanding.
