Internet disconnecting only in Samsung internet

My Samsung internet keeps getting unconnected while other apps consume internet connection just fine. The only workaround is reinstalling. And when i try to reinstall through either gpogle or galaxy store, the download happens in 1 seconds regardless of network speed, and jumps to installing. 
Anyone facing same issue? Any other workaround?

And change to deskstop site
Then mobile site
Then try

Lol the desktop toggle did the trick. Thanks. ReDownloading from Galaxy Store doesn't work though.

The problem persists. And now it's not solvable by the desktop mode toggle.

Force stop Samsung internet
And try using that website in incognito mode

All websites... even the quick access page doesn't load....

Clear the cache and data and Uninstall updates
Update to the latest version
Then try
