I am using a Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, and for the past few days I’ve been facing frequent network drops. Neither 4G nor 5G is working properly. I switched from a physical SIM to eSIM and then back to a physical SIM, but the issue still continues. The mobile data keeps disconnecting on its own while in use.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. I am facing this since one UI 7 update 6 months ago on my s21 Fe. Changed the Sim card as well. There is still no update from samsung

Today I performed a factory reset on my phone as advised during the telephonic support call. Now I’m in the process of setting up all my apps again, which is quite a headache. I switched from OnePlus to Samsung, but I really miss OnePlus.
