Galaxy SI followd the steps as per the instruction rovided in link above, i.e.
Open Settings and tap Connections.
Tap Mobile networks.
Tap the switch next to VoLTE calls to turn it on.
But, there is no such a option available in my #S20FE5G , plz refer the screenshot attached.
