I m using internet on SIM 1 in #S20FE5G , When I received a call on SIM 1 then internet disconnected.

Any solution on this?

I hope your 4g service is on. If so then while you are talking your data should work. By the way just curious which service provider are you using?

Ok make sure your phone volte is active and u r getting volte1 on top where network bar is there. In airtel u have to I believe under connection mobile data u have to check if volte is active or not. First look in there.

Dear CS-member,

I followd the steps as per the instruction rovided in link above, i.e.
Open Settings and tap Connections.
Tap Mobile networks.
Tap the switch next to VoLTE calls to turn it on.

But, there is no such a option available in my #S20FE5G , plz refer the screenshot attached.
