I request to take all the backup to local & samsung cloud for data safety and reset the mobile and try to install again and check

Go to Settings > Device care > App protection > App protection settings > Turn off Auto scan when installing apps.

As per your query, we want to inform you that It may be causing delays in your app installations since it checks the entire application for safety before allowing it to install. If you’re finding that this process is too slow and you want to speed things up, you might consider turning off the device protection temporarily.

Path: Setting>battery and device care > device protection > click on 3 dots> Turn off the toggle button.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
