In call volume too loud!!

I've noticed that the in call volume( whenever using meet,zoom, whatsapp, phone) etc is too loud at the minimum level.

Also the slider does not go lower just for the interview call volume . This also means that you cannot mute any of these calls/meet by using the volume buttons.

I'm not sure if this is new behaviour but is very frustrating. Anybody have any solutions?

try this

Go to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Sound quality and effects > Adapt Sound.

Disable Adapt Sound

It was always off. Also I've tried sound assistant but that only affects media volume. In call volume behvaes the same.

Please reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also optimize your's device in device care too also clear catche of all apps manually then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concerns.

● Check app cache: Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

● The clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings > Apps > Now pick the app you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.

● Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.
