In-call screen buttons customisation in samsung dialer

When a normal call is connected to my s23 ultra, there are 6 menu items has been shown on the top of red call disconnect button. But, there are more options hidden into the upper right three dots menu. 

My question is, how can we modify those 6 options with the three dots extended menu items?

For example, in my usage, while in normal call, the "share" and "video call" options have rare use. I wish to replace those 2 items with "Hold call" and "take notes", what i use often, and keep unnecessary items within that three dots menu.

The customisable option for this is not available right now but u can change the share call option to Add call option by turning off advanced call and messaging service by going in call settings.

that doesn't solve anything, share call option will disappear permanently. Not even sitting into the 3 dots menu. In case, at anytime someone needs it, they have to turn on saperately from settings again.

And for those who use "add call" button rarely, it's a same thing for them. Unnecessary button, either this or that is outside, but important buttons are inside with forcing 2 extra steps for the user leading pathetic UX.

I'm also using s23 ultra, in my phone setting the advance calling and messaging option missing.

If you have Jio SIM then go to settings then connections then more connection settings and turn on from there.

There also it's not there. Instead Rich communication is there
