Also, update your phone to the latest software. Google play updates slow the device. Download the updates and install it by restarting your device.
Games also heat up the device. My S23 gets heated up in video calls and sometimes in multi-tasking. It's quite normal now.

Galaxy SAlso, I recommend you not yo stress out your device or the Exynos chip will degrade battery fast and itself in few years even before 7 years os updates.

Galaxy S"Exynos chip will degrade the battery"?
Seriously, bro?
Battery degradation is due to the repeated cycle of charging. Chips have nothing to do with it.
The only thing it may lack is the performance of the device or more power consumption (sometimes, but you should know how to save battery power or health like deep sleep unused apps or set maximum charging limit to 85%). That's it. I have used an exynos device. Nowadays, it doesn't really do this. It's more optimized and better than previous generations.

As per your query, we request that you kindly follow the steps to resolve your issue by using the below given links.

→ You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.
Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.
In case the issue still occurs, kindly visit the service centre for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service centre with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
