Stuck pixels. I know I also have the same problem. Give your phone some rest. Change your wallpaper to some light one and switch to light mode for a few days. Also it won't appear on screenshot. It is happening recently with OneUI 6.0 on some models perhaps. Some may even not notice it due to dark mode and likewise the wallpaper.

It is called 'Burn In' or 'Image Retention'. If your phone is new or within warranty, you should visit Samsung Service Centre and they will replace your display if it is manufacturing defect and nothing from your end. Also don't send screenshots because it will not get defected pixels in the screenshot. Hope you get your problem solved and find this helpful. 🙏🏼
