I purchased a brand new samsung galaxy s24 ultra through Amazon but it's used

Actually it delivered today and when I boot the device for the first time then it doesn't showed the welcome interface also it has not asked me to setup the device as new device does, it opened like it is used and powered off and I just restarted it, also when I matched the device manufacturing date and serial number then it's doesn't match and says it's refurbished, I checked through phone info application, what are your views please help me.

Better you go to samsung care and get informations from there instead of any third party app. If it is really a refurbised phone so refurbished word should be mentioned while you purchased the phone. If not dont worry, you can still retirn that phone to amazon. Don't attract with online offers. Better that you buy from offline market and unbox yourself

Plz don't install any app and don't do anything by ur know. Take screenshot of error on ur phone and return it. Also lodge complaint of Amazon on Online consumer forum theat they cheated u by providing refurbished phone.
