I need your advice guys. S21 fe 5g hang and lag issue despite the repair.

I bought S21 fe 5g a month ago and it started lagging and have hang problems too. Sometimes it don't detect the fingerprint sensor. 

I went to the service centre twice. Firstly these people were not even admitting that there is problem even after seeing the videos. Then they flashed the software and when the problem was still there, they kept my phone under observation of 2 days. They said there is no problem while returning the phone.

I have all the videos of my phone having issues.
I am frustrated and fed up with their pathetic response and service. 

What should i do now according to you guys? Should i file a case in consumer court against them?
I would appreciate your replies as it would aid me in taking better decision.

As of now, I haven't heard any such issues with any of s21 Fe users here. If you have brought your phone 1 month back, get it replaced at the store where you brought. A new phone doesn't act like this in just 1 month. You might have downloaded some 3rd party apps.

The issues is correct, after one UI 6.0 update S21 fe smartphone start freezing and hanging. I am already facing this issue from 2 months. Literally didn't expect from samsung mid range phone payed a (33k).. budget samsung phone having this kind of issues we know very well..

There is no third party app installed. I use my phone carefully. I bought it because of the same thing you said like no such issues heard. But i am unfortunately facing

Then get it replaced because it's only a month old.

Will they replace it. I called customer service yesterday and they said under our observation there is no problem so contact the Samsung helpline. I did but the call time was long so they will call back. Idk if they will replace otherwise I'll file a case in the consumerumer court

No go directly to the store where you purchased there you can replace. If you brought from other stores like Amazon or flipkart, then also try. BTW, where did you purchase online or stores?
