As a ture Samsung fan since Galaxy S2 to S24 ultra I'm disappointed about this lack of communication, no proper update regarding software update and no official statement.
The iPhone is dominating the gulf region, and everyone agrees that if Samsung wants to compete, they should have a proper plan for it. Putting off the software update will make Samsung fans disappointed.
I know that maybe some bugs (6 beta and almost one year of testing gone) and they're trying to give us the best version, but they should make an official update. We get updates from some tipsters or other sources, which makes a lot of confused fans.
This might be a key point for me to check out, I'll see if I can figure out a different solution.
