Im very disappointed with my s24 ultra which i got 5 months back brand new..
Since 1 week, whenever im trying to charge my phone with the orginal samsung charger it is showing moisture detected and prevents me from charging. Knowing that i never let water touch my phone ans i never put it in a moist place.
I tried to clear cache from usb settings, put in on fan , however same issue remained.
Samsung service center today informed me that they will change the charging port and if it did not work , mother board has to be changed..
Howcome a new phone will come with this defect..
Very disappointing phone.i didnt expect this from samsung. I will be back to apple.

I once had an Apple device that suddenly had some issues. When I took it to the Apple shop I was told it presented moisture symptoms. I had never exposed it to such as far as I knew. It was most likely someone else who handled it had who might have. I proceeded to have it repaired, etc.

I think the best thing is to work through the process to get it fixed. Once again, sorry about your experience.

All the above aside, in operations management there's a concept of statistically measuring how much a process deviates from perfection.

This means there's a chance even a brand new device can present issues. With this in mind, I always manage my expectations about consumer devices.

So, please do not be too disappointed, work through the challenges, however unexpected and unusual. There's some joy at the other side.

They should replace the phone with a new phone.

I think water dropped on it and any new phone could defective this is why they give a 1 year warranty

Sometimes it happens, but as long as it is under warranty, don't worry. Samsung will deal with the problem.

Will deal by keeping you 2-3 days without phone? You should have another phone as backup.
After my own experience, no phone can be compared to iphone (as high quality)
