Whenever I click on video call I faced this kind of line for few seconds then everything is normal.Kindly give me solution.

I visit the samsung service center but they told that it's a small software issue.I am confused.They told if it is happened everytime in every apps then we will consider it as a hardware issue otherwise not. 🥲
