It's not for locking apps first of all.

drag down the notification bar then search for the secure folder option from the list. Then press it (if it is not activate) when it turns on then swip up for the my apps section and move to the last page u will see a new icon of secure folder appears there. Just tap it and set it up.

bro it's just make a copy of the app.and we can keep the date secure with in the secure folder only .

Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that please drag down the notification pannel and serch for Secure folder.
Also you can find out the Secure folder on the apps tray just open that application and and add files which you want.
