Swap your sim to each other ports.
Select LTE only network instead automatically.
Select manual Network to Jio 4g.
Once you do all things restart your phone.
And sometime its because of heavy network traffic or service provider network issue. Talk to Jio customer care.

There is final three option if not solve.
1) Port your one sim Jio to other provider like Airtel or VI.
2) Go for Samsung Service.
3) Hope for next update can fix it.

I have also seen this lately.
Might be some network issue.
Solution is check if your phone is displaying volte beside jio sim.
If not then put phone on flight mode and then back to normal.
I am doing it regularly from past few days in my s22 ultra.
